The requirement for 100% defect-free goods is constantly increasing, due to the fully automated assembly of your products. It is therefore necessary to add a 100% optical/electronic inspection to the production process for almost all products.

We are happy to offer this and can therefore fulfil your zero-defect philosophy.

After completion of the project and sampling phase, as well as with the start of series production, we would prefer to conclude a framework agreement for a specific term.

This means that the products are manufactured in economical batch sizes. Our warehousing means that we can deliver at any time. We will inform you as soon as the next production batch needs to be produced or the minimum stock level has been reached.

We can visualize your ideas using CAD data as 3D prints.

With this option, you can quickly and cost-effectively check the desired geometry before it is produced as a sample.

Our 3D printer offers a very high precision of 15µm per print layer with an installation space of 297 x 210 x 200 mm.
